Internal Memo

July 30, 2020

To: All EEC employees

Subject: Enhanced Education Allowance Policy

Dear EEC employees,

Effective September 1, 2020, employees who enroll their children in the world Academy school will benefit from

100% scholarship for all children aged three years and above.

Employees who would like to benefit from this policy should fill out the HR education allowance form in the ERP

system attaching the school letter of acceptance for each child.

The registration and entrance exam fees will be covered by the employee. For more information about the fees, please

visit the school website.

Extending the scholarship to all employees' children will facilitate families' relocation to KAEC hence saving one hour

& a half daily commuting time on the employee.

Your children' quality education along with your advanced work experience are two of the key elements of the

organization value proposition.

Sincerely,
Mohammed El Khatib
Chief Human Resource Officer
