Tr: now we will listen to the Month of the year song.

Students will listen to “7 days of the week song”

tr: what day is today?

Ss: Sunday.

Tr: how many days we have in the week?

Ss: 7.

- Prior knowledge:

Tr: let's take the attendance, please send one emoji in the chat box.

Tr: you will need an eraser, math book2, paper, pencil.

Tr: before we begin the lesson, we will review what we took on Thursday.

Tr: let’s try to solve these equations, I will choose some students to help me
here.

Tr: here we have 82 + 14 =, who can tell me what I have to do?


Tr: choose one student randomly.

Tr: here is the second equation, 25 + 59 =

- Modelling:

Tr: today we will learn about the Vertical Addition of Two-digit Numbers.

Tr: our vocabulary is, Rewrite, Add, Tens, Ones, carry up.

Tr will present 3 equations. 

Tr will solve 2 equations, after that will choose one student to help her to
solve the third equation.

Tr: now we have problem-solving, we will try to solve it.

Tr: but first I will read the question.

Tr will solve the first problem-solving.

Tr will ask one student to solve the second equation.

15 mins Tr will present a slide that has equations.

Tr: now you have 10 to 15 minutes to solve this equation by using paper and
pencil.

Tr: after you finish you will take a picture of your answer and upload it in
teams.

randomly to solve.
