AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP
AND LEGITIMATE OCCUPATION

I, ERWIN B. AGRA, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of

026 Fandiño corner Villanueva St., Alaminos, Laguna, after having
been sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and state that –

1. I am a son of the late SERGIO FANDIÑO AGRA who died intestate

on 13 June 2008 in San Pablo City.

2. My said deceased father on the other hand is a son of the late

JUANITO AGRA who died intestate sometime in 1984. One of his
properties is a certain Lot No. 2-H, situated in Limao, Calauan,
Laguna and covered by Tax Declaration No. 06-0010-01643.

3. The said Lot No. 2-H, situated in Limao, Calauan, Laguna and
covered by Tax Declaration No. 06-0010-01643 was adjudicated by
way of Extra Judicial Settlement of the Estate of Juanito Agra in
favor of Sergio Fandiño Agra, my late father.

4. Therefore, I am an heir to the above-mentioned property and has

all the right to occupy and use the same

5. I executed this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

and in support of the requirements for application of electrical
connection from Meralco.

IN WITNESS WHEREFORE, I hereto affixed my signature this 12 th

day of December 2016 in Santa Cruz, Laguna.
