According to my grandfather when an elder dies, the clothing of the deceased member is usually

his/her cultural clothing from top to bottom which is usually made from “inabil” a native fabric.
Accordingly it is important to complete the clothing so that the deceased member will look presentable
when he/she reunite to the people he/she knows who already passed away. If incomplete the deceased
may search for it which is avoided because it may cause sickness to whom the dead talks. He also
emphasize that a white handkerchief should be placed on the head in the dawn before the burial of the
deceased member this will be the last step to complete the outfit.
