currently enrolled in JDLRTW-I007. This declaration is executed to perpetuate my decision to
take full responsibility for my actions and willingly face the consequences of such.

In fulfillment of the requirements of said class, I unequivocally admit having knowingly

submitted written work, the contents of which were substantially lifted from the work of another
