Pros and cons of living in a big city

Several pros can be mentioned regarding living in a large city. The most important feature of
a city that fascinates me is the countless number of amenities provided there including
cinemas, parks, and shopping malls. Besides, health care centers are armed with skilled
specialists and up-to-date facilities to be used in case of emergency. Lastly, there are far
more job opportunities there in comparison with small towns. By living in big cities, one can
benefit from a diverse range of advantages. However, everything has a price and living in a
big city is no exception. The major inherent downside of such city is the long distance
between every two places. When a person wants to commute to work, she should waste
lots of time for that. Also, for enjoying the facilities like the parks or cinemas, it takes a
ridiculous amount of time to reach there converting its sweet to bitter. This could become a
real hassle when traffic jams occur. Besides, air pollution is another issue that many people
are struggling with in big cities. The inhabitants of enormous cities suffer from a broad range
of issues.
