    Product mixing

    Product mixing

    Mix Comp A and Comp B, then add Comp C (graded aggregate), 10 minutes prior to use.

    Induction time and Pot life

    Paint temperature 23 °C

    Standard grade
    Induction time 10 min
    Pot life 2h

    Winter grade
    Pot life 1h

    The temperature of base and curing agent is recommended to be 18 °C or higher when the product is mixed.

    Thinner/Cleaning solvent
    Thinner: Jotun Thinner No. 17

    Application data

    Spray application
    Gravity Feed Hopper Gun or other suitable equipment.

    STANDARD GRADE

    Dry film thickness 750 - 3000 μm


    Wet film thickness 830 - 3330 μm
    Theoretical spreading rate 1,2 - 0,3 m²/l

    WINTER GRADE
    Dry film thickness 750 - 3000 μm
    Wet film thickness 890 - 3570 μm
    Theoretical spreading rate 1,1 - 0,3 m²/l

    Anti-slip roughness profile of coating limits accuracy on film thickness measurements. Approximate spreading
    rate for 1000 μm dry film is 8 m²/kit from practical testing.

    Can be applied up to 25 % higher than maximum specified film thickness without loss of technical properties.
