Abstract: thrust force is a force that appears the moment a body is submerged within a fluid.
Archimedes' principle states that the upward buoyant force that is exerted on a body immersed in a
fluid, whether fully or partially submerged, is equal to the weight of the fluid that the body displaces.
And states that a body wholly or partially submerged in a resting fluid experiences a vertical upward
thrust equal to the weight of the mass of the volume of the fluid that dislodges.
Which occurs because the pressure of any fluid at some point depends on the depth or height it is
encountered. It can also be said that buoyancy is the ability of a body to stay sustained within a fluid
and occurs when the force resulting from the pressure exerted on the lower body is greater than the
resulting force of its weight plus the pressure exerted on the top, which goes up until both resulting
are the same, that is, they do not fly.
In other words, the weight of the displaced liquid equals the weight of the object. Thus, only in the
special case of floating does the buoyant force acting on an object equal the objects weight.
Keywords: thrust force, buoyant force, force resulting from the pressure, Archimedes'
principle.
Datos:
𝑘𝑔
Densidad del agua: 1000 𝑚3
𝑘𝑔
Densidad de la madera: 450 𝑚3
𝑉 = (𝜋 ∗ 𝑟 2 ∗ ℎ) ∴
𝑉𝑖
ℎ =
ℎ ∗ 𝑟2
𝒉 = 𝟐. 𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝒎
(10.63)(1.2) = (13.33y+𝑦 2 )
12.75 = 13.33y + 𝑦 2
𝑦1 = 0.8962𝑚 𝑦2 = −14.22𝑚
𝐹𝐸 = 1000 ∗ 3.9 ∗ 𝜋 ∗ 0.62 = 4410.79 𝑘𝑝
W= 4410.8 KP
