FOLKTALES DIFFER FROM MYTHS

2. Myths reflect the worldview and folktales do not.
3. Myths with the supernatural and folktales do not.
4. The folktale did more occur or was altered some to inspirits and entertain
in style or to provide difference or lessons to life.
5. Folktales are a broader category that includes myth, but it also includes a
variety of types of narrative and ritual that are transmitted orally from
person-to-person.
