Sanofi Pasteur August 2020 to date (contract)
Finalize technical training content in collaboration with SME’s and route it through the LCMS
Conduct critical analysis of training modules via LMS generated training reports to help departments identify
gaps and achieve the required training completion percentages for the Toronto site
Facilitate virtual sessions for Train the Trainer for both Instructor-Led and On-the-Job training and qualify
new trainers.

Design research-based empathy and resilience training for project Reimagine Induction (a new induction
program for front line staff) using a range of learning solutions.
Design technical skills training for project Simplii for new system roll-out using a combination of self-study
(FAQs and quick-learns), and instructor-led activities that best serve business partner and learner needs
Use investigative communication (both research and people-based), to conduct Training Needs Analysis for
existing Telephone Banking training content; and create new content where required
Highlight critical performance gaps that are impacting AHT (Average Handling Time) and sales targets
Create interventions like ‘Round Robin Whiteboard’s and ‘Handling a Challenging Day’ to address these
gaps; incorporating soft skills training along with technical skills.
Recommend simple strategies like drafting purpose statements for call queue’s to ensure Facilitators, Team
Leads and Progress Leaders present coherent learning content to the learners
Create VILT (Virtual Learning Instructional Strategies) for Canada-wide induction programmes
Work closely with Senior Advisors, Learning Designers, Learning Management Leads, Facilitators, and all
other project stakeholders using relationship building skills based on honesty and humour; and timely
communication to keep a project on track
