My Lifelong Learning Characteristics

After finish the self-assessment, I know deeply about myself. Some advantages might help
me to do better at studying. And some disadvantages, I still can find the way out from the CREAM
strategies.
I think no one can define whether I succeed or not except myself, that means I will pay more
attention to the detail, which will not expose beside my own. And then try my best to be in control
of myself. And because I do not fit myself under conditions of uncertainty, I will always try to
push myself to make a decision and avoid it becoming too late to handle. And I prefer to focus on
the big picture rather than the detail when I learn something new, I think it helps me adapt to the
new environment faster. And I always willing to relate a new thing to what I already know, this
helps me to accept it and know it well, but it may restrict my thinking at the same time, it has its
both sides.
However, the test also exposes my weakness at the same time. Sometime I prefer others to
plan my learn, so I figure it out by using the method in the CREAM strategies, “effective”, I need
to organize my time, space, priorities, state of mind, resources, and use of technology to maximum
the benefit when I doing some work. And as I used to relate the new thing to what I already know,
I should be more creative that I should have the confidence to apply imagination to my learning
and problem-solving, especially when I feel uncomfortable of the uncertainty. Also, I am not good
at impose meaning upon what seems as disorder. And to help myself deal with the difficulty when
I cannot locate the information when I need it, I should try to analyse and evaluate what I gained.
I learn a lot that to face the challenge and use the strategies to deal with it. And I will benefit
from that.
