Philosophy of Inclusion
How I will support learners with exceptionalities in my classroom is I will understand the
students first, rather than rush to preach. Create an encouraging educational environment, so that
students feel safe for me. Once this idea is successfully achieved, then basically the follow-up
student ideological work can be carried out smoothly. To create an encouraging and inclusive
educational environment, teachers must learn to observe, supervise and evaluate students, and
understand the reasons for students 'special reactions or special behaviors, to provide accurate
feedback on students' learning and development. Teachers should develop teaching activities that
do not seem to compete on the surface or strengthen cooperation in-class activities to guide
students to talk more, listen, and gradually integrate into the class and classmates. In such an
atmosphere, they will dare to express their different views without fear of being ridiculed or
blamed.
What I will do to help students in my classroom to understand and accept other students
in your class who might have exceptional differences and differences is to understand individual
students. This idea is a necessary preparation stage for all students to teach students according to
their aptitude. As a teacher, I can learn about students through various methods such as mock
tests, questionnaires, and home visits. The content includes students 'academic performance,
motivation, interest, attitude, and learning methods, as well as students' learning and growth
environment. Because only by understanding each of our students in the first place can we know
what we are in the process of education, and we will not blindly teach. Record the actual
situation of each student we learned. Create some fun activities to have students understand they
are a team, they need to help each other out. According to intelligence factors, non-intelligence
factors, and social environment, we can record them in three aspects so that we can categorize

and check them later. And group students, according to the analysis preparation, students with
similar levels will be divided into the upper, middle, and lower groups. And list those students
who have outstanding personalities. This idea is conducive to overcoming the disadvantages of
not being able to take care of the individual in the class teaching system, and it is also helpful to
How I will show my students that differences are positive things by defining differences
from individual needs. I will take the solution of individual differences as the development of
teaching resources, develop them, turn disadvantages into advantages, and train people who
develop in all directions of learning. Establishing the idea that everyone is being unique is
normal, not everyone will be the same, treat every student fairly and let them taste the happiness
of success. In the specific teaching, following the characteristics of different students, layered
teaching, focusing on the living environment of different students in the classroom situation
setting, using the fresh living materials that each student has to set up, eliminating the
How I will meet the needs of struggling learners is an example of students with dyslexia,
dyslexia usually affects learners' reading and writing abilities. The causes of dyslexia are still
being studied, but there are some signs that genetics may be part of the reason. The following are
common manifestations: Although it may be understood when given orally, it may be difficult to
understand written stories or words. I found the spelling to be challenging, possibly using
phonetic spelling. They might be difficult to count. The child may say that the word moves on
the pages of the book. It is difficult to understand a lot of text. Handwriting is difficult to
recognize. Although it may be understood when given orally, it may be difficult to understand

active attention. Learners with dyslexia often have problems with self-esteem but are often very
talented in areas such as music and sports. Encourage children to use these advantages as much
as they can to increase self-esteem. Try to place colored lines under the blackboard to make it
easier to read. Try to avoid copying text in large paragraphs, but if you must do so, give your
child enough time to read the whiteboard and do not rush to erase it. Choose something for the
learner to read, and make sure that the reading material meets the child's level. Avoid letting
learners read aloud in the classroom, as this idea may disturb them. Give positive affirmation in
writing and make sure to comment on your child's writing, not just point out mistakes. Attention.

How I will meet the needs of all different levels of learners in my classroom, from gifted
and talented to learners with significant exceptionalities is, once in a while, the most
straightforward approach to demonstrate the best quality to somebody is to be clear and ask them
what they have to accomplish their best. Perhaps, the location has changed, and perhaps there
will be more contact with previous teachers, teaching aids, or parents in a day to understand the
areas that students with special needs are good at. If these students continue to struggle and are
not recognized for their good qualities, then assignments and projects that specifically address
these advantages can indeed change the performance of the students. It is imperative to give
every understudy a channel to speak their language to keep their spirits high.
