General Description:

1.DS.V53RL.BKis an analog TV control board, which is suitable for Asia-pacific and middle-east market.

2.DS.V53RL.BK’s USB slot can be used for updating software and playing multimedia, such as MP3 and

JPEG.

3.DS.V53RL.BK’sHDMI support for the scheme is 1.3/1.4,HDCP1.2 compliant.

Program update method:

1. Prepare a USB flash drive and download the program we provide(leave email in order page we will sent program via email). Find the

required firmware from the file (select firmware according your screen resolution)and copy L53BK1.bin to the USB flash drive.

2.set the voltage on board(it is according your screen input voltage :3.3v/5v/12v)

3.plug U disc to the board, and plug 7 key board,then plug power adapter,power on. then you can see the light on key board will be flashing. it

is mean the board is installing program. (at this moment , don't let power off!)

4. after few minutes, the led will be stop flashing, mean finished. then power off, Pull out the USB , then plug lvds cable and inverter. power on

.then screen show blue and you can connect to HDMI or VGA signal.

Note:

voltage should be set correctly(3.3v/5v/12v);

The power requirement of 12V4A;

don't let power off when installing program;

The screen line not to reverse and dislocation;

select lvds cable and inverter should according your panel specs.if you can't select, pls offer panel number to us, we will help you.

Common settings:

1. Switch computer / TV / USB

Press the remote control "input" to switch

2. Menu adjusts brightness

In the menu "Image Mode" is set to "User Mode"

3. The picture is not displayed correctly

Press “Menu” with the remote control, then press “1147” to enter the common settings and adjust “lvds map”

4.USB playback MKV format movie silent

Since the MKV format is mostly DTS audio tracks, it will cause the USB playback to be silent, and the software needs to convert the DTS into

AC3 audio tracks.

5.Set boot logo

Use the U disk to play the picture that needs to set the LOGO, find the "catch map" at the bottom left of the screen and save it.
