    Decimals
    Adding Decimals
    TO ADD DECIMALS:
    1. Write down the numbers, one under the other, with the decimal points lined up.
    2. Put in zeros so the numbers have the same length.
    3. Then ADD, using column addition, remembering to put and lined up
    the decimal point in the answer to the decimal points above.
    Subtracting Decimals
    TO SUBTRACT DECIMALS:
    1. Write down the two numbers, one under the other, with the decimal points lined
    up.
    2. Add zeros so the numbers have the same length.
    3. Then subtract normally, remembering to put the decimal point in the answer.
