Re: Expanded Critical Illness Benefits

Our company is constantly trying to expand its services to its valued policy owners. You will
remember that, two years ago we introduced the Nulife Policy to meet the needs for health care
and in particular to provide coverage for these times when critical illnesses strike.

We are pleased to inform you that we have now expanded the range of critical Illnesses covered
under your Nulife Policy to include: Major Organ Transport, Heart Valve Surgery, Multiple
Sclerosis, Blindness, Paralysis, and any other Terminal Illness. In keeping with our goal of
giving the best possible coverage, these new critical illness benefits will be added to your policy
completely free of any additional charge from the 1st of May 2020. This means that you will now
be offered protection against twelve Critical Illnesses compared to the six which exist at present.

You may be interested to know that many of the Critical Illnesses covered under your policy
require treatment abroad. With the current rate of the US$ many policy owners have found the
existing coverage inadequate to take care of anticipated medical expenses and have chosen to
increase their coverage.

If you have not yet considered your own situation, we urge you to do so soon, bearing in mind
that we are all unable to predict to predict when a Critical Illness will occur. Should you require
