Who are we as a team? / How do we see us as a team?
Our values
Our Values with respect to freedom and liberty are that everyone got the
right to feel free, to talk and communicate. Each member can get a sense of
belonging.
As a multicultural group we respect each other´s backgrounds and try to use
this chance to expand the knowledge regarding the world´s cultures.
Looking at the Action part each individual should actively join the groupwork
and discussions when we meet. Ideas and Suggestions, Criticism and
Improvements are welcomed while working together.
Effective, and open communication within the team is crucial because it is
important that everyone speaks the same language. This also means that
everyone’s idea should be considered and not neglected.
That is also connected to the hard-working aspect which includes the active
participation and motivation about the group project.
Last but not least, having a look at the Commitment factor, everyone is
obligated to commit to the group and to actively participate in the group project.
We are the puzzle group for that exact reason, then without all pieces we
certainly cannot fulfil a whole picture.
Team’s Vision and Mission:
Where do we want to go together? Why are we together at all? What is our task?
What will be written about us in the Fontys News in five to ten years’ time
in case we are very successful with our project?

We work and help each other in a team

Positive: even if we fail we remain positive and work harder to accomplish our
goal; everyone should tell his or her point of view and let it be expressed; we
never give anyone the feeling of being inferior or superior, respect each other´s
skills and abilities; make everyone feel comfortable around each other and while
talking to feel free; attend every meeting and be on time; have fun and give
feedback; I want to help the team as much as I can with knowledge that I
possess; always be kind even if someone got another point.
Realistic: listening to each other and give good feedback; Always do some
research to have a realistic mindset on what we are talking about or dealing
with; I can extend my knowledge trough the classes and on my own, so I am
able to support the project with my own skills and ideas; taking care of time-
management; You should not be lazy, always do your task.
Circumstances: even with the given circumstances I would do my best to
contribute as much as I can; I will commit my full time to the project; I will
accept my mistakes and overcome them; I will participate online, in the group
and on the campus; We could help each other and do not judge someone.
Specific: By getting feedback from the group and from the teachers.
