SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred as “Subcontract”) is made and entered

into this _____th day of ______________________, 2018,

By and between

J.W.D. CONSTRUCTION, hereinafter called the “General Contractor” a company duly

organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal office address at
Quirino St. Brgy. Calaocan, Alicia, Isabela, herein represented by ENGR. WILSON S. DASIG, who is duly
authorized as the Proprietor and is licensed to do business in the Philippines for the purpose of
implementation of the Construction of One (1) Unit Market located at Southville 9 Housing Project,
Package 4, Brgy. Pinugay, Baras, Rizal (“Project”);

And

ENGR. NICANOR S. PALMA JR – Civil Engineer hereinafter called the “Subcontractor” with
principal address at Block 12 Lot 17 Monte Carlo Homes, Brgy Sabang, Lipa City;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the Contractor has entered into a contract (hereinafter called the “Main Contract”)
with the NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY (hereinafter called the “Client”) for the Construction of
One (1) Unit Market (hereinafter called the Project) located at Southville 9 Housing Project, Package 4,
Brgy. Pinugay, Baras, Rizal;

WHEREAS, the Contractor desires to subcontract the civil works for the Project, which works are
listed in Article 1 (hereinafter called the “Subcontract Works”);

WHEREAS, the Subcontractor desires and has offered to undertake Subcontractor Works to the
satisfaction of the Contractor in accordance with the Subcontract, the Subcontractor has been afforded the
opportunity to read and fully understand the requirements of the Main Contract documents for the
implementation of the Subcontract Works;

WHEREAS, relying on the Subcontractor’s representations, warranties and undertakings shown in

this Subcontract, the Contractor has accepted the Subcontractor’s offer for the latter to undertake the
Subcontract Works for the Project;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and other covenants
hereinafter named, the parties agree as follows:

ARTICLE 1. SCOPE OF WORK.

 That the Subcontractor shall in accordance with the provisions and in consideration of the sum of
money hereinafter stated shall fully and faithfully perform all LABOR WORKS necessary to complete the
Construction of One (1) Unit Marklet, Southville 9 Housing Project, Package 4, Brgy Pinugay, Baras, Rizal
as per plan and specifications of the CLIENT. The work consists of the following work items:
