Read the LDM Course Overview. Reflect on the overview by answering the following
questions.

1. What is the main delivery of this course?

Answer: The main delivery of this course is an immediate action on what

Department Education has implemented in response to the Covid-19 situation that
is happening in the country. Teachers and educators nee to adapt the new normal
settings to deliver a successful great quality of education to the learners by
determining and using the right modalities to use, if it is Distance Learning,
Homeschooling or Blended Learning.

2. How can this course help ensure that you will be able to deliver quality instruction in the
“new normal”?

Answer: Because this course tackles about the things an educator needs to prepare
for the distant learning brought by the new normal situation. It helps us understand
the different LDM’s platforms and also help us gain knowledge, skills and serve as a
guide to implement the things necessary in this new teaching and learning way.

3. What are the two support mechanisms that will help you with your learning in this
course?

Answer: One is by attending webinars related to this topic. Two is by continuous and deep
learning about the topic, communication with other educators for updates too is a great
way to help in learning this course.

1. How will my personal characteristics and circumstances affect (positively or

negatively) my participation in this course?
 Answer: I think since I’m quite eager to learn new things and given the fact that
this course is so important for better quality of teaching to the learners. It would
really help me to take things seriously and to work better.

2. How can I ensure that I am able to sustain my strengths and address the obstacles
that will hinder me from completing this course?

Answer: With my willingness to learn and thinking for the betterment of my learners. I am
sure that I will be able to overcome whatever obstacles that may hinder.

Answer: 1. Slow-internet connection- since we are in barangay far from civilization, poor
signal and expensive but slow internet connection is one of the top challenges we educators
are facing.

3. I am left behind in learning online platforms and using technologies nI often having
difficulties using the computers.
