AFFIDAVIT
I, JACINTA KEMUNTO GWARO of ID Number 23424880 and of Post Office Box Number
2664-0021 Nairobi a resident of Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya wish to make oath and state as
follows:-
1. THAT I am a female adult of sound mind therefore competent to swear this affidavit.

2. THAT I am the owner of Motor Vehicle Subaru Impreza, Registration Number

KBB408R Blue in colour.

3. THAT on or about the month of August, 2017 since I was travelling, I sold the said motor
vehicle to one RICHARD OMBAGI OMWEGA of Identity Number 25570270 and of
P. O. BOX 249 Rongai.

4. THAT since I was travelling outside the country I did not transfer the said motor vehicle
to the name of the said buyer due I had not time to do the same.

5. THAT although currently the said motor vehicle Subaru Impreza Blue in colour is with
RICHARD OMBAGI OMWEGA as the current rightful owner since I willingly sold it
to him.

6. THAT the affidavit herein is for the purpose of giving a consent to NTSA to allow the
said RICHARD OMBAGI OMWEGA to transfer the said motor vehicle to his name

7. THAT I indemnify any other party from any liability arising from the transfer of the said
motor vehicle Subaru Impreza, Registration Number KBB408R Blue in colour to
RICHARD OMBAGI OMWEGA.

8. THAT what is deponed to herein is true to the best of my knowledge, information and
belief.
