to do first and where to begin. I’m going to show you how to start using The Beautiful
Body Guide in 4 easy steps - so that you can get the most from using The Beautiful
Body Guide, and so that you can achieve incredible results!

Get started in 4 steps
1. To start, read through and complete the activities inside The Beautiful Body
Guide 10 Day Kickstarter Plan. This will get you ready to begin the 12 week
program and it will allow you to achieve the best results possible. Don’t forget to
get an idea of your starting weight and remember to take your “before” photos!

2. Read through The Beautiful Body Guide Nutrition & Healthy Eating Plan - you
can browse through it and read the pages that catch your interest, or you can
read it from start to finish (recommended). Use this book as your “go-to guide”
for any questions that you may have regarding what to eat, when to eat and how
to eat. This book contains everything that you need to know about nutrition for
weight-loss. Be sure to check out The Point Sytem, the eating plan guidelines, the
extensive FAQ section and all of the delicious recipes included.

3. Choose between the regular, vegetarian and vegan 14 day eating plans (or you
can use the The Point System to create your own eating plan). Then decide how
many calories you will be using per day.

4. Begin and complete The Beautiful Body Guide 12 Week Exercise & Workout
Plan. Don’t forget to check out the 12 week workout breakdown, the workout
