Purpose of this position

This position exists to facilitate the community in the targeted area to carry out the mission of the Area Programs in
the partnered communities through facilitation of the transformational development processes within the frame
work of the AP strategy.

Key responsibilities

 Mobilize and facilitate community groups (Community Engagement) to own the development process.
 Build up communities’ capacity to be able to address their needs properly.
 To find the best way and develop proper system towards team synergy especially within respective core
team.
 Provide technical support within core team clustered areas.
 Community Based Originations or Groups are formed with proper community and partner engagement
within the targeted area.
 Mentor community to be able to have proper learning and reflection system including child sponsorship
monitoring system.
 Apply updated monitoring system for activities, data collection, data compilation and prepare TP report.
 Act as an agent to duly improve the mission’s strategy, provide regular feedback, reporting and participate in
team meetings.

Require knowledge and skills

 Bachelor university degree in any discipline.

 Two years experiences in the field of related job & Basic knowledge of livelihood.
 Skills in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, leadership, team management and organization.
 Community mobilization, facilitation skills and formation of community based organization.
 Basic Knowledge of Computer.
 Good command of Myanmar & English.
 Willing to serve the poor and work with the community.
