representatives need to interact with clients on regular basis to fully understand customer needs
to design the product. Obviously, this comes with marketing cost. Thus, the inherent nature of
product requires high marketing expense. And increased marketing budget will help WSES
match the software with customer need increasing customer value and profit margin.

Global Operations (International Expansion)

50% of WSES revenues come from outside UK, and with increased competition in UK,
international expansion becomes a very critical factor in the long-term growth of the company.
But for success in international territories we need a strong brand presence both in UK and
internationally, and for that we need marketing budget. WSES can also leverage their strong
brand equity in one country if a client is considering a software solution provider for its
subsidiaries (or international branches).
