E. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
 Download or Pick-Up a Corporate Membership Registration Form for Ten Thousand
Naira (N10, 000) only
 The duly Completed form is returned to the Institute with an Annual Corporate
Membership Subscription fee of any of the following membership category:
 o Two Hundred And Fifty Thousand Naira (N250, 000.00) for Platinum Member
o Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000) for Gold Member
o One Hundred and Fifty Thousand (N150,000) Naira for Silver members
o One Hundred Thousand (N100,000) Naira for Bronze Member.

Also to be submitted is a soft and hard copy of the organizations profile, stating the core
business areas and management profile to be accompanied with the completed registration
form.
