Objective: to collect information in order to identify why the Costa Rican government should
provide high-quality education for its inhabitants, and how high-quality education promotes integral
improvement, builds on society development and ensures economic progress for the country.
Scope: the interview is aimed at level 4 students from the English as a Foreign Language major at
