NASA is cooperating in the Eole mission under the Coopera-
tive Applications Satellite (CAS) program of its Office of
Space Science and Applications. NASA's Langley Research
Center will provide the Scout launch vehicle. Wallops Station
is responsible for prelaunch support as well as launch opera-
tions and initial tracking and data accruisition. NASA's Goddard
Space Flight Center is project manager and will assist in first
orbit computation operations with its Satellite Tracking
and Data Acquisition Network (STADAN).
