B: The mother asked her daughters to turn down the TV.
4-A: “Open your mouth wide” , the dentist told me.
B: The dentist told me to open my mouth wide.
5-A: “Please, open the door for me”, the lady asked the young man
B: The lady asked the young man politely to open the door for her.
6-A: “Bring us the bill” The couple asked the waiter.
B: The couple asked the waiter to bring them the bill.

4-A: “Don’t eat too much at the dinner”, I advised her.
B: I advised her not to eat too much at the dinner.
5-A: “Don’t make a sound ”,he asked me in a whisper.
B: ....He asked me in a whisper not to make a sound.
