Reflection after teaching:

This was my last observation with my MCT Ms.Nermin. For this lesson, I wanted to focus on
managing the student’s behaviors.
For the opening, I had two activities we only had time for the first activity and we didn’t use the
second activity. Then for the main activity, I helped the students who needed my help to answer
the book question and for the students who didn’t need any help, they answered the questions
alone. Then for the early finishers, they had to finish the worksheet that I have put under each
student desk, so when the student finishes the book he/she will get the worksheet from under the
desk and answer the questions.
For the ending, the students will have to draw 7 items for example (7 cars, 7 flowers, 7 circles).
This activity to make sure that the students understood the lesson.
In Ms.Nermin's oral feedback she mentioned that my way in managing the classroom has got
much better than the last time. She said that the students didn’t misbehave during this lesson
which made them finish their work quicker then it took last time. She mentioned that I need to be
more creative in planning the activities for the students.
For the next lesson, I will try to make more creative activities that suit the student's level.
