Write a paragraph of how you will use monthly, weekly, and daily goals to accomplish the "big
picture" or goals.

I think a huge part of goals is keeping myself accountable. A way of doing that is by

making sure I make daily, weekly, and monthly goals and not just coming up with them in my

head but I have to write them down. After I write them down its important that I look at them

often. I also need to look at my yearly goals and make sure that my daily, weekly, and monthly

goals are helping me get to that big picture. I also think a huge part of accomplishing the “big

picture” goals is having someone that checks up on my often to make sure I am doing the things

I should be doing. So I plan to do those three things.

1. Write down my daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
2. Look at my goals often.
3. Have someone hold me accountable.

1. Things you can do now, during your time at BYU-I to develop those skills and/or
qualifications
a. Take school seriously
b. Try my best to do better at networking
c. I need to find role models to look up too
d. Get advice and feedback through the people I work around
e. Be curious and motivated to develop new skills
f. Stay organized

2. Include things you can do to become better networked within your field.
a. Meet people through other people
b. Use social media as a tool to help me
c. Don’t just ask for a job always. Sometimes it’s good to just get information
d. Don’t take up too much time
e. Follow up with people that I come in contact with
f. Present success story that I have
