Job Title: India Business- Manager- Digital Manufacturing/ Industry X.O
Position Level: Manager

Key Responsibilities: -

• Managing Innovation, Product Complexity, Cost management, Business Process


reengineering, Innovation processes, product portfolio management.
• Developing & establishing relationships with strategic clients & industry partners.
• Operations Management, w.r.t End to End Supply Chain, Consumer Behavior,
Manufacturing Product / Process Quality, Six Sigma, Warranty Accruals, Change
Management, Business Process Re- Engineering.
• Should have worked in Energy sector India.

Knowledge and skill requirements


- Relevant experience in Energy sector.
- Prior experience in a Consulting firm will be preferred.
- The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established
track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements
- The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations
and interacting closely with the “C – Suite” executives

Qualifications
MBA from a Premier B school preferred Professional Development Skills - Strong
Program Management Skills - Prior experience in a Consulting firm will be preferred. -
Experience working with “C” level executive clients - Demonstrated expertise in any of
the following S&CS areas of specializations: - Technology Sales, Client Management,
Consultative sales
