represents Christ and also our faith to him. So
when you’re facing difficulties in life and you are
feeling down, just get your cross and tell
everything to it. Imagine that you are talking with

stress and sad it is my stress reliever. I just get my
phone to play games. It helps me to make myself
okay. It also helps me to release stress and to feel
happy.

counselor you can get advices in a book by counselor your pen will help you to release your
reading it. Some people when they have a problem negative thoughts in your mind. By just simply
they just get their book and read it to feel better. writing down all your problems, try to make a
poem or a song to make yourself feel okay and to
release anger.
