Verify & provide your personal particulars Check with Central Manpower Base
and family details (CMPB) on your NS liability

Complete information required for

• MOE Tuition Grant Obtain CMPB approval to defer NS
• Financing Schemes to study in NYP if you are NS liable
• Interbank GIRO

Read declarations carefully prior Submit online request to reserve a place

to accepting your course offer in NYP if you are NS liable

To confirm your enrolment, please pay the required fees before

Pay your fees under any of the following payment methods:

UOB Branches
• Bring Student Bill to UOB counter
• Pay by cash, cashier’s order or cheque
• This payment mode is only applicable to students starting the
Academic Year in April

UOB Internet Banking or eNETS Debit

• UOB Internet Banking via www.uobgroup.com or
• eNETS Debit via www.nyp.edu.sg ➡ Future Students ➡ Enrolment

AXS Stations
• For Full-Time Diploma students, select Education ➡ NYP ➡
Enrolment (Full-Time Diploma)
• For NYP Foundation Programme students, select Education ➡ NYP ➡
Full-Time Diploma/Polytechnic Foundation Programme

Note:

•  pply the MOE Tuition Grant and your selected Financing Scheme(s) before the enrolment

• Pay the correct fees based on your selected Financing Scheme(s) under Option A or B or C
to avoid delays in your enrolment.
• Your payment will be updated 2 working days later.

Matters
Undergo Medical Examination
• Student completes page 1 of NYP Medical Report and goes for medical
check-up & X-ray (refer to list of medical centres on NYP Medical Report)
• Doctor completes pages 2 to 4 of NYP Medical Report
• Clinic sends completed medical report to NYP
(applicable to medical centres specified by NYP)

Submit Online Photograph

• Upload photo (colour with white background) online via NYP Enrolment website
@ www.nyp.edu.sg/future-students/enrolment
• Refer to Enrolment Guide for details on digital photo image specifications

Apply Student’s Pass

(for International Students only)
• Login to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website @ www.ica.gov.sg
to apply for Student’s Pass (refer to Enrolment Guide for details on application)
• Check application status via ICA Student’s Pass Online Application &
Registration (SOLAR) system
• Upon ICA approval, collect Student’s Pass In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter
from i@Central, Information & Service Centre (Blk A Level 1)
• Make e-appointment with ICA and bring documents as stated in IPA letter
to collect Student’s Pass

Mail/Submit Required Forms & Documents to i@Central,

Information & Service Centre (Blk A Level 1)
• Complete all required forms (refer to checklist behind Reply Envelope)
• Submit photocopies of required documents (refer to Enrolment Guide for details)
• Arrange and put completed forms & documents into Reply Envelope provided
• Mail/submit Reply Envelope to i@Central

Apply MOE Tuition Grant

Upon submission of Tuition Grant (TG) Option Form to NYP, Singapore PRs and
International Students will need to:
• Attend MOE TG Briefing (compulsory)
• Activate MOE TG account
(for International Students, FIN# is required for account activation)
• Complete TGonline application using MOE TG account via MOE website
• Student & 2 guarantors are to sign TG Agreement in the presence
of MOE officer
• Refer to Enrolment Guide for details on venue & scheduled dates

Apply Diploma Student Concession Card

(EZ-Link Card)

Refer to Enrolment Guide for details on application procedures

Attend School Orientation

Refer to Enrolment Guide for details on Orientation venues and reporting dates/time

Collect Student Card

Refer to Enrolment Guide for details on collection venues and scheduled dates
