    Pleasant Morning! Welcome, everyone! Thank you for joining us for today's
    Online Webinar on Managing School Library Under the New Normal Condition

    My name is Rose Anne, Teacher-Librarian of Bagumbayan Elementary School,


    And I am your Moderator for today.

    To officially start our program let us join the singing of Nationalistic Song which
    will be led by our dear SDO Navotas School Heads, It will be followed by
    Invocation of SDO Navotas Personnel and of course Division Hymn.

    And now to deliver the Opening Remarks.
