communicated herewith to Commissioner & Dir ector of Municipal
Administration/Director of Town & Country Planning, AP, Guntur, Managing
Director, AP Township & Infrastructure Development Corporation, Vijayawada and
they are requested to forward the same to all Urban Local Bodies/Urban
Development Authorities in the State for taking necessary action accordingly.

Read the following:-

1. G.O.Ms.No.265, MAUD (H) Department , Dt.25.10.2016.

2. G.O.Ms.No.293, MA&UD (H) Department, Dt.29.07.2017.
3. From the MD, APSHCL, Lr.No.3266/E&P/BLC 2017-18, Dt.10.11.2017
addressed to the Ex-officio Secretary, Housing Department.

ORDER:

In the G.O. 1 ST read above, Government have issued orders, for exemption of
payment of total fee and charges required for obtaining building permission payable
by the EWS beneficiaries for construction of EWS units under Pradhan Mantri Awas
Yojana-Housing for All (Urban) PMAY- HFA.

2. In the G.0.2' read above, Government have issued orders to exempt

payment of total fee / charges payable for EWS units under Group Housing and
Group Development Schemes taken-up by the Government Agencies only.

3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Managing Director, AP State Housing
Corporation Limited has stated that ULBs have expressed the constraints in
approving the building plans as per the Building Rules,2017 and various requests
have been received from various sections for exemption of building plan approvals by
the Government as per the provisions available at Clause 11.4 of PMAY-HFA(Urban)
Scheme guidelines. Therefore, the Managing Director, AP State Housing Corporation
Limited has requested the Government to issue necessary orders exempting
individual building plan approvals for the NTR Urban Housing- BLC Scheme
dovetailing with PMAY-Urban.

4. Government, after careful examination, hereby exempt the approval of individual

building plans for the NTR Urban Housing - BLC Scheme dovetailing with PMAY-
Urban.

5. The Director of Town and Country Planning, A.P. Guntur shall take further
necessary action accordingly.
