NOTICE

This is for information of all students of odd semester July – December,

2020 (except 1st semester) that their End semester examination shall be
conducted in Offline Mode from 30th December, 2020. All the concerned
students are required to compulsorily register themselves online for this
offline examination by 15th December, 2020 positively (Click here to
register). No student will be permitted to appear in the examination without
completion of the registration process.

In view of the Standard Operating Procedure as detailed in UGC

Guidelines dated 5th November, 2020 and considering the safety of each
student, the University has made an elaborate plan to conduct the Offline
examinations in batches in a phased manner. For this a detailed schedule of
examination shall be uploaded by the University by 15th December, 2020.
Therefore, all the students are instructed to plan their journey according to
their examination schedule.

Furthermore, in order to ensure social distancing the University has

decided to provide single seated hostel room to desirous students who opt
and register for it.

The following points should be noted for availing hostel facility :

1. The students called to take the examination shall be provided single

seated hostel room facility for period of examination.

2. No room rent shall be charged from the students for this period.
However, they will be required to pay a fixed charge of ₹1500/- (Rupees
fifteen hundred) as miscellaneous fees towards mess and other
services before taking the allotment of the room.

3. The rooms will be allotted two days before the commencement of their
examination to those students who register for this and pay online fee.

4. Students must vacate their rooms within 24 hours after completion of

their examination as after sanitization the same rooms shall be allotted
to students coming for examination in the next phase.

5. Student must give an undertaking that s/he is COVID negative.

6. Students must submit the consent from their parents.

Note:

(i) The students desirous of taking hostel accommodation shall

have make payment of ₹1500/- through SBI e-Collect seeking
hostel allotment by 15th December, 2020 positively. While
compulsorily registering themselves for End-Term Examination
online through the given link and.
(ii) No student shall be provided hostel accommodation if she/he does
not register for hostel accommodation as above.
(iii) Please keep visiting the University website (www.cusb.ac.in )
regularly for any update in regard to the conduct of said Offline
Examination.
