You are required to report at the College, Mwenge along Coca cola road on 16h November, 2020 for
Orientation and Registration which ends on 19h November, 2020. Classes will begin on 23rd
November, 2020 at Mwenge. A copy of the Orientation Programme shall be available on
reporting.

FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN DAR ES SALAAM, REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN ON 26th
OCTOBER TILL 19th NOVEMBER, 2020. FOR THOSE WHO ARE OUT OF DAR ES SALAM,
REGISTRATION WILL BE ON 16th NOVEMBER, 2020 TILL 20th NOVEMBER, 2020.

1. Any candidate who fails to report and register within the stipulated period may lose his/her
admission.

2. Your admission will be confirmed only after proper verification and submission of the following
documents at the time of registration: -

● All payments must be done through your control number

● School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate - 1 photocopy
● Form IV Certificate/CSEE results slip - 1 photocopy
● Birth Certificate - 1 photocopy attested by Commissioner of Oaths.
● Medical / Physical Fitness Certificate with Test report - Original.
● Recent Passport size photographs - 2 copies.
● You are required to upload a passport size photo into your OSIM account.

3. Fees to be paid directly to the college by the student enrolled for TUDARCo include:

beginning of each semester. Other fees and prescribed college charges shall be paid in full during
