QUESTION NO 1: What Are Your Creative Strengths?

I tend to perceive my problems at any initial level and I visualize my thoughts before taking any action. I
have a strong imagination that also helps me to think of that probable out comes from different
perspectives. Team coordination is very important.

QUESTION NO 2: What are your challenges in the creative process?

Hectic work routine. Sometimes I let my mind wonder so much and make up lot of scenarios that create
confusion. Moreover I find hard to communicate my ideas with others on the same level of perception
as mine.

QUESTION NO 3: What do you do to simulate and support the creativity

in others?
I try to provide them with different ideas and ask them to develop the hypothetical outcomes. Design
workshops to enhance critical thinking. To tell them about importance of creativity and innovation.
