Introduction
The reverse logistic covers the issues of supply related to the time, place and form
of transport of the used product from the final user to the producer and its
transformation into newly usable products, in favor of environment.
Currently there are some management such as Reuse, reparation, restore,
remanufacturing, and cannibalization, energy recovery and the last one the most
used and the one that affects the environment the most send to landfills.

The environmental problem has increased and there is widespread concern

worldwide with it that is why governments have built legislation, regulations related
to the environment.
Environmental management has increased and companies begin to use reverse
logistics to behave correctly and under environmental legislation, fulfilling
purposes, where control, optimization of processes, continuous improvement and
satisfaction of beginning customers aware of these issues.

Objectives
 Determine the alternatives to the disposal of used products with the
strategies like reuse, recycling, energy recovery and other strategies.

Specific objectives

1. Choose certain products that generate environmental problems in the

landfills to analyze them and choose some management options different
from the one usually used.
2. Propose with arguments and references solutions for the chosen products
3. Understand the most used indicators to verify the success of the
management chosen for the used products.
Ideas are based on:
• Reuse
• Repair
• Restoration
• Remanufacturing
• Cannibalization
• Energy Recovery

Productos
-Cables
Plastic -> compound of termoplastics (PVC, polyethylene, and others)
Metal -> Copper or aluminum

-Bottle

The cables that have already completed their cycle of use are taken to a recovery
point, from there they are taken to a storage point, then a classification in which it
consists of discarding cables that are definitely not useful for this process. Finally,
they are taken to a machine to separate the plastic from the cable and from there
they are divided into metal that could be copper or aluminum and plastic.

This flow chart is based on cannibalization.

The metal comes out pure and it will sell to the metallurgic
industry.
The glass bottle is taken to the recovery point, from there it is taken to a storage
point, with a machine it is washed and dried, after this process it is filled with beer,
then the glass bottle is labeled, then it is stored to sell and finally it is put up for
sale.
This flow chart is based on repair and reuse.
Conclusions
The chosen proposals satisfactorily fulfill what was sought by replacing the
management that is being given to the chosen products, therefore, for a next step,
the environmental loads of the product can be analyzed with this new solution
based on reverse logistics.

In conclusion, with management based on reuse, recycling, repair, restoration,

remanufacturing and cannibalization, they are the best options, however, the
energy recovery is a solution that already exists technologies that can make this
solution the most viable and profitable for our energy needs.
