ABSOLUTE DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of sale is made and executed by and between:

_________________, of legal age, Filipino, married to ___________ and

residing at _________________, hereinafter referred to as VENDOR;
And

_________________, of legal age, Filipino married to ___________, with

residence at _________________, hereinafter called as the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner and possessor of a house, situated and
constructed at:

“DESCRIPTION OF LAND AS STATED IN THE TITLE”

The VENDOR, for and in consideration of the sum __________

(₱__________.00), Philippine Currency, handed to me, paid and delivered by the
vendee, receipt of which I hereby acknowledged to my full and complete satisfaction,
does by these presents, hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS, CEDES and CONVEYS in a
manner absolute and irrevocable unto said VENDEE the real property of which the
VENDOR absolutely owned;

Including the improvements now existing thereon, free from liens and
encumbrances such that the said vendee is now the sole owner thereof;

This sale is subject to all the warranties as provided by law for the protection of
the vendee his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest and I hereby declare that the
house herein sold is not in anyway tenanted;

The Cost of documentary stamps, taxes, registration fees, for the execution
notarization of these documents and all other expenses in connection from the
VENDOR to the VENDEE shall be borne by the VENDEE.
