STATEMENT OF JURISDICTION

The Prosecution on behalf of Archita humbly submits this Memorandum for the prosecution
filed before this Hon’ble Court wherein the Petitioners invoke the jurisdiction under Section
177 read with Section 198A of the Indian Penal Code. It sets forth the facts and the laws on
which the claims are based.

That, the Petitioners submit that they have not filed any other prosecution in this Hon’ble
court or in any other Court regarding the subject matter of the present Writ Petition .
