We are writing to request permission to conduct a research study. The study is

entitled, The Effectiveness of E-Tablet as a Learning Tool for Grade 11 Students of

Cainta Catholic College School Year 2019-2020.

We hope that the school administration will allow us to conduct the said study

inside the school premises as we will need students from Grade 11 for Data Gathering.

If approval is granted, we will gather data from Grade 11 students using

questionnaires. The time allotted for answering the questionnaires should take no

longer than 15 minutes. The questionnaire results will remain confidential and

anonymous. Should this study be published, only gathered results that are useful for the

study will be documented.
