EFFECTIVE WAYS TO USE
THE POMODORO
TECHNIQUE

The method itself reached a 130-page book, but what makes

it popular and easy to use is its simplicity:

1. Choose the task

Identify the task/project that you would like to
accomplish and will gain your full undivided
attention

2. Set the Pomodoro

Set your timer for 25-minutes. Promise to
yourself that you will do this specific task
without any interruptions

3. Work on the task

Focus on your task and give your undivided
attention to it until the pomodoro rings.

4. Mark that task

Once the timer rings, put a check on one of your
goals for the day or mark it as progressing.

5. Take a short break

Reward yourself with a cup of coffee or browse the
internet
