B. DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES
1. PRESENTATION
What is genetics?
It is the study of how traits
are passed on. And, that traits refers
to a characteristics that is caused by
genetics.

Do you know why we have

differences from skin tone, nose, hair, Yes Ma'am! I've got my color of
eyes or even in our height? skin tone from my father and my nose
from my mother!

 Class, we called that Genes! It determine your traits. Also, heredity the passing of
genes from parents to offspring

2. PERFORMING THE ACTIVITIES

Class, I will group you into 4 groups where each group has 10 members

Why do we have differences on physical appearance?
 DIRECTIONS: The first group, each
member will tell one trait from their
parents then each member of the
second group will guess what traits they
inherited from their parents. The third
and fourth group will do the same.

It is from the passing of genes from

parents to their offspring. Carrying
genes that determine the traits inherit.
