2. To be recorded in the Log Book, Official Log Book and Drill & Exercise Records ( SMT-SM-03-08 ).
3. In case of the drill was not conducted due to unavoidable circumstances, it must be enter in the Ship’s Log Book the reason in details.
4. When crew members exceeding a quarter of the complement did not participate in this drill last time, the drill shall be carried out within 24 hours after the
ship's departures.
5. Except when it is very difficult to carry out the drill because of heavy weather or other reasons.
