Eyes: Bilateral, symmetrical, dark purplish discoloration around the eye sockets.

3 cm linear abrasion
that extends from left lower eye.

Mouth: Lower lip abrasions.

Mouth and Throat: Tonsillar erythema and edema bilaterally and enanthem of the soft palate and
posterior palate. Multiple dilated blood vessels on pharynx and soft palate.

Mouth and Throat: Tonsillar exudate bilaterally. Enlarged pharyngeal tonsils bilaterally with streaks of
mucopurulent discharge bilaterally.
Head: Multiple abrasions on scalp that extend from right parietal region down to right temporal area.
Eyes: Conjunctival hyperemia with increased clear discharge (unknown if right or left)
Extremities: Markedly swollen lower leg with pitting edema. Diffuse, poorly demarcated erythema with
crusted red patches (unknown if right or left)
Back: Right winged scapula (Abnormally elevated) and scapular dyskinesia.
