This Criminal Procedure material is part of the LAKAS ATENISTA
(L.A.) Library of Materials undertaken by LAKAS ATENISTA 2000-
2001 through the leadership of Lew “Cholo” Nuere and
revised/updated by LAKAS ATENISTA 2001-2002. Some of the L.A.
members have sacrificed their time during the summer to create,
update or edit (as the case maybe), this material with the purpose
of making the law easier to understand.

The same members have worked hard, through their blood,

sweat and tears, in order to create this study material. They have
given up their precious summertime so that LAKAS ATENISTA
members can avail of the materials created.

It is therefore, their will that this material should be for the

exclusive use of the LAKAS ATENISTA member only, for this
material forms part of the exclusive heritage and we are called
upon to preserve them for our members and our prosperity. It
would be grossly unfair for us to betray the trust and sacrifice of
the members who created this material, by not conforming to their
aspiration.

This will now serve as a warning. This material is for the

exclusive use of LAKAS ATENISTA members only. Please assure
that no part of the forgoing material be reproduced for any purpose
without the due permission of the transcribers, editors and the high
key officers of LAKAS ATENISTA. Those who will breach the trust
given them by letting it be reproduced by non-members or
unauthorized persons will face disciplinary sanctions, as we have
done in the past.

This set of materials has been revised and updated for the first
time. We sincerely hope that the succeeding members will continue
to update and improve the same.
