GRADUATION CEREMONY GUIDELINES AND EXPECTATIONS

1. We request that the graduates dress appropriately for the occasion.

Attire for Y6 Students

Y6 students should arrive at school wearing:


• Boys - PE T-shirt, long black pants, black socks and black shoes.
• Girls - PE T-shirt, knee-length black skirt, black socks, and black
shoes.

Please arrive wearing your PE T-Shirts because you will be participating in


performance rehearsals before the ceremony.

Please bring with you:


• Boys - Collared white shirt ( short-sleeved or long-sleeved).
• Girls - Collared white blouse ( short-sleeved or long-sleeved), hair
comb, and some light makeup.

After rehearsals, you will be asked to change into your white shirt/blouse, and
touch up your appearance before the ceremony.

The school will gift each Y6 student a necktie (boys) or a ribbon (girls).
Graduates will need to wear these accessories throughout the Graduation
Ceremony.

Attire for EY Students


EY students should arrive at school wearing their performance costumes and
some light make up. These costumes will be passed to parents the day before
the ceremony. EY students will put graduation gowns with the help of
their teachers when it is time to receive their certificates.

EY students, please bring with you a hair comb and some light makeup for a
touch up before the ceremony.

2. Arrival

Y6 Students
Friday, the 14th of August is still considered a school day. Therefore, Y6
students should arrive in school by 8.00 a.m.

EY Students
Arrive in school between 8.00 a.m - 8.30 a.m.
Parents and Guardians
To ensure all flows smoothly, our logistics team will be guiding you through the
day.
• Upon arrival, our team will be coordinating traffic flow and parking.
• Once parked, you will be guided to the school entrance where our School
Nurse will execute the Health SOP. You will be asked to sanitise your
hands, have your temperature recorded and declare your state of health.
Please ensure you are wearing a face mask.
• Light refreshments will be provided for guests from 10.30 a.m to 10.50
a.m.
• All guests need to be seated in the School Hall by 10.55 a.m.

3. After the Graduation Ceremony

The ceremony will end at 12 p.m, and all graduates are allowed to return home;
however everyone is welcome to stay on for a photo session.
