roles in the company is connected with one another.

The company is successful and fast-rising without the help of an Organization
Chart.
The company uses resources efficiently and effectively
They have effective marketing strategies
Disadvantage
Since Mr. Labos and Mr. Tulang are top executives of the
company, it may look offensive and informal on their part.
2. To consult the experts to help her make Mr. Labos and Mr. Tulang realize the
importance of organization chart and how it will benefit the company as a whole.
Advantage
o their idea is very persuasive and valid since they are experts.
o They can show the importance of organization more than what Ms.
Ignacio can do.
Disadvantage
o It may be rejected since you will have to pay the experts.

1. Ms. Ignacio will invite experts and proposed to have a seminar about this matter.
2. Explain to these experts how her idea and the top management idea differ when
it comes to organizational chart.
3. In the seminar to be held, make sure the presence of the Mr. Arjohn Labos and

in their company.
