DATA COLLECTING REPORT

Job analysis is a process to identify and determine in detail about a specific job position, the duties and
requirements and the importance of these duties in a given job. It helps an organization to determine
which employee is fit for the specific position. To conduct the analysis process I contacted my brother
who works in the hr department of zf private limited he helped me to contact one of his colleague who
is a software engineer. I took a telephonic interview to collect the response.

Method used: telephonic interview

I have contacted Mr. Rahul Sharma from ZF PRIVATE LIMITED and it is located at noida on 17/10/2019
at 5:00 P.M.

Following questions have been asked and responses collected:

I. How many yrs of experience u have in embedded software development?


Zero, I have 4 yrs on embedded operating system.

II. Which languages do u know? In how much do u rate yourself in those languages?
English 4/5, Hindi 4/5

III. Which communication protocols u have worked on?


Lin, Spi , Can , Flex Ray

IV. How much do u rate yourself in problem solving and debugging skills?
7/10

Yes, I will try to involve in issues faced by my teammates and try to help them solve.

B.Tech in electronics and diploma in embedded systems from Cdac.

Understanding of requirements and implementation of them, software development life cycle.
