THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE BETWEEN:-

DROP2RISE RECORDS, (Claire Lowe - Director) & the above named artist(s)

1. Mixes

1.1 The remix artist(s) will deliver a mastered track or a track ready for mastering (in this case
with a -6db of headroom) and a radio edit if requested, by internet before or immediately upon
signing this agreement.

2. Copyright

2.1 The remix artist(s) confirms that they shall not send the title in any association without
written consent from the label before the release date. In any case of harm caused by
distribution by artist(s) without permission, artist(s) royalties will be decreased by 75%.

3. Samples
3.1 Remix artist(s) confirms that there are no samples included in the single, which may
interfere with any Copyright laws.

3.2 The label acknowledges there are no samples contained in the track in question which is
due to be licensed that they may be liable for. If there is at a later date any action taken due
this form of wrong-doing then the Remix Artist(s) shall be held fully responsible.

4. Credit

4.1 The label agrees that the Remix Artist(s) production shall be credited as (Artist(s), Track
Name and Remix Artist(s) name)

Such credit will be made on all material including but not limited to, on body print, sleeves,
labels advertising provided that inadvertent failure by the abel to provide the artist(s) with such
credit shall not be a breach of the terms hereof.

5. Law

5.1 The Remix artist(s) warrants they are over 18 years of age and confirm that they have taken
independent legal advice on the terms and conditions of this agreement.

6. Royalty / Profit Share

6.1 The label agrees to pay an advance royalty payment of £0.00 within 30 days after receipt of
the signed agreement, invoice and final un-mastered files.

6.2 In the event that the label licenses the single to a third party, the label agrees to pay the
remix artist(s) a royalty of 25% and the original artist(s) for the single on all formats sold (12"
Vinyl, CD, MD, Tape, DCC or as a video soundtrack and compilation albums), after all expenses
have been met.

6.3 For all other sales the label will pay the remix artist(s) 25% and the original artist(s) for the
remix only of net profit pro rata (pro rata divided by the number of mixes on the
CD/Vinyl/Digital), after all expenses have been met.

6.4 The label will be responsible for sharing the appropriate portion of the net profits to the
artist(s) and compensate them separately. As agreed, the remix artist(s) recieve 25% and the
original artist(s) 25% from the net profits received by all sales, royalties and advances, after all
expenses have been met.

7. Accounting
7.1 The label will calculate royalties due and owing as at the last day of December and June
each year and shall account to the artist(s) within 90 days of such dates. The remix artist(s) will
have the right to inspect the labels books and records relating to the accounts for the track(s)
once per calendar year upon not less than 30 days prior notice. The remix artist(s) will provide
the label with payment and bank account/paypal details. The remix artist(s) will notify the label
as to any change of address or relevant bank account/paypal details.

8. Term & Territory

8.1 Contract is signed for the term of 10 years and is valid worldwide (via the world wide
web/internet)

9.Remixes

9.1 If requested by the label, the remix artist(s) will deliver a remix pack containing midi files of
all melodic parts of the single together with all unspecific audio samples used in the single such
as vocals and special sounds.
