Malik Fakhar holdings is running 4 main projects in its locality. All projects are residential and commercial
based. Detail is as under;
1- Kohsar Extension
Kohsar Extension is pioneer project of Malik Fakhar and his dedicated team by providing clean living to lower
middle class community.

“Kohsar Homes” Kohsar Homes offering 3.5 marla and 5 marla double story homes, equipped with modern
amenities. The project's aim is to provide excellent homes at extremely affordable prices for low-income
families.

2- Wah Residencia
Wah Residencia's well-planned housing offering families easy access to main roads, good schools, and a
secure gated community, among many other great features. Wah Residencia is situated on Sir Syed Avenue,
Shaheen chowk Wah Cantt.

3- Wah Greens

Wah Greens is upcoming project and it is about launch with its full swing. It is situated at the center of CPEC.
The subject project will bring the revolution in the business of the Area because of the dynamic developing
situation (CPEC) China Pakistan economic corridor.

4- Aurora House of Wisdom and Residences

Aurora House of Wisdom and Residences is the icon project of MALIKFAKHAR.COM. As a state of the art
residential, educational, and commercial real estate project, Aurora will set a precedent for Pakistan's ever-
growing real estate market.

CRITICAL REVIEW OF VISION
This vision fullfils the basic idea that it is short and specific. Theme of the vision is quite good which
organization is trying to bridge the client needs as a family member to make a positive society and at the
same time organization is not willing to earn maximum to exploit the need of the client rather
organization wanted to give beyond services even if organization has to cut his income.
As far as vision is concerned it is quite open and not clearly showing the main objective of the
organization and at the same time it is not reflecting the type of business. Further it should have to reflect
the ambition of the organization which I think missing in this statement.

CRITICAL REVIEW OF MISSION

MalikFakhar.Com is holding and development group fastly emerging in the locality of its neighboring
cities and mission of this organization is to provide standard living with the international standard
education to the children’s of the clients living in the developed society. This organization is targeting
triple helix model by linking government, academia and industry.
Again Mission is quite open and not clear and centric. Impact of mission is mention but means of
accomplishment of mission is not mention that means philosophy of operations of the organization.
The goals is not clearly mention and how to attain these goals is also very important to mention.
